Short Description
Petros K. Fotiadis was born in 1968. He was enrolled at the Military School of Corps Officers and at the same time at the Medical School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 1986. He was trained in the 2nd University Psychiatric Clinic of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and received the title of Special Psychiatrist in June 2002.
He is the Director of the Psychiatric Department of Outpatient Care, PTSEP / GSEE. Also, since August 2002, she has privately exercised psychiatry (Diagnostic Assessment, Atomic Psychotherapy, Crisis Interventions, Pharmacological Therapies, Patient Care Support).
Topics of special interest at both clinical and research level are: Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorders, Organic Psychiatric Disorders, Anorexia, Cognitive Disorders and Functionality in Psychoses, Psychopharmacology, Injectable Long Term Therapies, and finally Military Psychiatry and Disaster Psychiatry.

- 2002-2003: Director of the Psychiatric Department and Officer of Psychosocial Concerne in 496 General Military Hospital in Didimoticho.
- 2010-2011: Quartermaster of the Psychiatric Clinic at 424 General Army Hospital of Thessaloniki and Commander of the 217 Military Hospital of Veria. Director of the Psychiatric Department of Outpatient Care /424 Military Hospital.
- 2017: Quartermaster of the Psychiatric Clinic at 424 General Army Hospital of Thessaloniki. PhD Candidate and scientific associate of the 3rd Psychiatric Clinic of AUTH.
- He has collaborated with the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Department of Nursing, in the postgraduate program "Disaster Medicine and Crisis Management".
- He collaborates with the School of Management and Staff of the Hellenic Armed Forces and the High School of War of the Hellenic National Defense General Staff in the training of officers in Stress Management.
